The Fire phone is bigger than iPhone
 but it is smaller than M8 as you could see in the fig

The fire phone is Small in size although but the they both weigh the same 160 g

Build 

The Fire Phone is made up off glass and the HTC one is made up off Aluminium

Colors

The Fire Phone comes only in the one and only color black on the ither hand HTC ONE is having a quite good range in colors such as red,golden,grey and silver.


Display

Due to having small size the Fire phone gives you a screen of 4.7 inches and Htc One gives you 5 inches of big screen and the resolution of Fire goes for a less resolution then the One resolution Fire Phone  resolution is 315 ppi but the One 1080p screen with 441ppi. The Fire phone also has an advantage of the 3D screen but the One does not retain this feature.

Storage

The  Fire phone comes with its 2 options for internal storage like 32 Gb and the 64 Gb but it lacks the microSd slot but the one does manage it with the microSd.

Processor

The Both phones have the Snapdragon processor but the One has a slightly upgraded Snap 801 with Fire phone with a Quad core of 2.2 GHz and One with 2.3GHz.


Ram

Both the phones comes with the 2Gb Ram.


Cameras



The Fire phone has a greater Higher resolution camera with 13 Mp  and 2.1 Mp Front and the fire phone great function  Firefly.

but one covers it with its ultra pixel of 4mp and a front of 5Mp.

Battery

The battery of  Fire phone is having a less capacity of 2400 mAh and the one with a higher capacity of 2600 mAh. 


Software 

The Fire Phone may have a disadvantage here because it is having a modified version of andriod source code but it is not certified by google so you cant get apps from play store and the Htc has the mixed version of  htc and android.

Release

The Fire is about to release in July 2014 but Htc one is in the market since March 2014
